Freight Charges:

Freight charges are based on a single ladder order. For multiple ladder orders, please phone Deen on 021 862 159 for a delivery quote. 

Within the Auckland region: $70 flat rate door-to-door.

Within the rest of New Zealand we use Mainstream Freight Group to ship to regional depots where the buyer is required to collect the item:

Costs for shipping outside of Auckland are:

North Island (outside of Auckland) to the nearest Mainstream Freight Group Depot: $99.00

South Island to the nearest Mainstream Freight Group Depot: $249.00

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 72hours or 3 working days of receipt of payment. This is dependent on goods being in stock. Refer to stock status on product details to check availability. If goods are showing zero stock availability please contact us info@theladdercompany.co.nz for an estimated arrival date or to place an order.

International Orders

We are unable to ship outside of New Zealand, Stewart Island, Chatham Island or to Great Barrier Island.
